Take a good look at letters you receive in the mail regarding selling your property!!!

I received a letter in the mail regarding vacant land that I own. The letter was short and dangerous. It asks that you return an enclosed form asking for information about your property and asks for your signature at the end. It also says it is a "Contract For Sale" You can unknowingly fill out the form expecting to get some free information about your property. This form is indeed a legally binding sales agreement obligating you to sell your land at a ridiculous price.

IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT GET QUALIFIED REPRESENTATION!

The Arizona Department of Real Estate rules and the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics both state that if an agent does not have qualifications to work in a specific area of real estate they MUST notify the client in writing and the client sign an acknowledgement that they understand and agree. Check your agent's qualifications.
