Commitment to Excellence: Having lived in Tucson since 1966, I am intimately familiar with the area, and all it has to offer not only people raising families but also business people looking for sound investments in real estate.  My wife, Ann, and I have raised three children and now have 7 grandchildren. I retired from the Tucson Police Dept with a total of 32 years and also retired from the Airzona Air National Guard.  I am currently a reserve deputy sheriff and a volunteer firefighter.  I also teach land and commercial real estate classes at the Commercial Real Estate Institute in Phoenix and at other schools throughout the state.These combined careers give me the skills to be effective in helping you sell or buy your property.

       I teach for the commercial Real Estate Institute all around the state
       I was on the committee that wrote the AAR land contract and SPDS
       I served on the Az Dept of Real Estate subdivision law revising committee
       I am retired from the Tucson Police Dept and am currently a
